Announcement of Bid Award Candidates for Technical Advisory Services for Further PGTS Works of Kyauk Phyu Special Economic Zone Deep Sea Port Project

1. Bid Evaluation

Package 2- Technical Advisory Services for Further PGTS Works:

1.1 Basic Information of Bid Award Candidates.

The first ranked candidate is CCCC Water Transportation Consultants Co., Ltd., with a bid price of RMB 825,000. The quality meets the relevant technical requirements, standards and specifications stipulated in Chapter V "Client's Requirements" of the tendering documents, satisfies the requirements of the Client, and successfully passes the approval of relevant Myanmar government departments. The construction period/delivery date/service period commences from the effective date of this Contract and continues until both parties sign the Settlement Agreement.

The second ranked candidate is CCCC-FHDI ENGINEERING CO., LTD., with a bid price of RMB 990,000. The quality meets the relevant technical requirements, standards and specifications stipulated in Chapter V "Client's Requirements" of the tendering documents, satisfies the requirements of the Client, and successfully passes the approval of relevant Myanmar government departments. The construction period/delivery date/service period commences from the effective date of this Contract and continues until both parties sign the Settlement Agreement.

The third ranked candidate is China State Construction Harbour and Channel Engineering Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of RMB 680,000. The quality meets the relevant technical requirements, standards and specifications stipulated in Chapter V "Client's Requirements" of the tendering documents, satisfies the requirements of the Client, and successfully passes the approval of relevant Myanmar government departments. The construction period/delivery date/service period commences from the effective date of this Contract and continues until both parties sign the Settlement Agreement.

2. Channels and Means for Raising Objections

If a bidder objects to the above results, it may, within the publicity period, raise an objection to the Tendering Agency by email and in writing. The scanned copy of the objection document with the official seal shall be sent by email to TA@zhonglh.cn, and the original hard copy of the objection document with seal shall be mailed to the Tendering Agency, while the Tendering Agency shall be notified by telephone at the same time. All objections must be raised with real names and accompanied by relevant supporting materials. The Tendering Agency does not accept any objections raised anonymously.
