1.4 采购项目概况： 项目位于新加坡勿落区碧湾路，碧湾 MRT 车站旁。本工程为 2 栋 31 层的公寓住宅楼，地下两层，总计 515 套，总高度 110m ，设有地下停车场、游泳池、公共设施和景观平台，设计施工总承包工程，合同额 19972 万新币，包括但不限于土建结构施工、建筑装修施工与室内软装、机电施工与设备安装、外部附属结构施工与景观工程 。 开工时间 2026 年 2 月 。
Project Profile:The project is located at Bayshore Drive, Bedok, Singapore, adjacent to Bayshore MRT Station. It comprises two 31storey residential buildings with two basement levels, 515 units in total, 110m in height, with underground parking, a swimming pool, public amenities and a landscape deck. This is a design-and-build turnkey project with a contract value of SGD 199.72 million, including civil works, architectural finishing, M&E, ancillary structures and landscape works. Commencement date: February 2026.

1.4 质量要求或服务标准： 符合新加坡国家标准及要求 。
