北京大学燕京学堂以 “跨文化交流：聚焦中国、关怀世界” 为核心定位，依托北大人文社科领域深厚的学术积淀与顶尖师资，深耕中国问题交叉学科研究，开设中国学硕士研究生项目。自成立 11 年来，学堂已汇聚全球 80余个国家和地区的优秀青年学子，以国际化教学模式培养 “贯通中外、连接未来” 的跨文化人才，成为中国与世界对话的重要人才枢纽。
当前全球经济一体化与双循环新格局下，中国企业 “出海” 已成突破增长边界、提升国际竞争力的关键路径。本次 2025 年 “职业发展日” 以 “扬帆出海 —— 中国企业出海业务” 为主题，打造 “就业洽谈会” 板块，旨在搭建企业与北大优质人才的双向对接平台：一方面助力贵单位精准触达燕京学堂及北大全体院系的国际化、高潜力学子（含中外籍学生），储备适配企业全球扩张的核心人才；另一方面也为学生提供深入了解企业出海战略、对接就业机会的窗口，实现 “企业寻才” 与 “学子求职” 的高效匹配。

时间 ：10月17日（周五）下午
地点 ：北京大学第二体育馆
开放对象 ：燕京学堂 全体学生，并向其他院系开放
报名须知
1. 报名方式 ：
* 填写报名问卷：请点击“阅读原文”或扫描下方二维码提交企业基本信息；
* 提交资质材料：将企业营业执照复印件（加盖公章）、企业简介（含出海业务板块说明）提交至报名页面；
* 准备招聘物料：请同步准备岗位需求表（含岗位职责、任职要求、薪资福利）、企业宣传手册（可选），后续将用于现场展位展示。
2. 报名审核 ：采用 “早报名早审核” 机制，优先保障尽早提交材料的企业参与资格；
3. 截止时间 ：2025年10月13日（逾期将不再受理报名）；
4. 结果通知 ：报名成功后，我们将在10月15日前通过邮件向贵单位反馈审核结果及现场布置细则。
5. 本次活动不收取费用，参会人员的交通和食宿费用由各单位自理。

Yenching Academy of Peking University (YCA) is dedicated to the mission of "cross-cultural exchange: focusing on China, caring for the world". Drawing on Peking University’s strong academic foundation and distinguished faculty in the humanities and social sciences, YCA promotes interdisciplinary research on China and offers and Master’s program in China Studies. Since its founding 11 years ago, the Academy has welcomed exceptional young scholars from more than 80 countries and regions, cultivating globally minded talent who "bridge China and the world, and connect to the future.” Today, YCA has become an important hub for fostering dialogue between China and the international community.
In the context of accelerating globalization and China’s “dual circulation” development strategy, the "going global" strategy of Chinese enterprises has become a crucial pathway to breaking growth barriers and enhancing global competitiveness. This year’s Career Development Day 2025, under the theme “Global China: Careers in China’s International Expansion” will feature a Career Fair designed to create a dynamic two-way platform for talent and employers.
On one hand, the event enables your company or institution to engage directly with highly international, high-potential students (both Chinese and international) from YCA and across Peking University, helping you identify and cultivate the core talent needed for global expansion. On the other hand, it provides students with valuable opportunities to gain deeper insights into enterprises’ overseas strategies and connect with concrete career pathways. In doing so, the event facilitates an efficient match between “enterprises seeking talent” and “students pursuing careers.”

Registration Guidelines
1. Registration Process
* Complete the Registration Form: Please click “read more” in the end or scan the QR code below to submit your company or organization’s basic information.
* Submit Supporting Documents: Upload a copy of your business license (with official seal) and a company profile (including details of your overseas business operations) via the registration page.
* Prepare Recruitment Materials: Please also prepare a job requirements sheet (including job responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation/benefits) and, optionally, a company brochure. These materials will be used for your booth display during the event.
****2. Application Review
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with priority given to organizations that submit their materials early.
3. Deadline
All registration materials must be submitted by October 13, 2025 . Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Notification of Results
Successful applicants will receive confirmation of participation and booth setup guidelines via email by October 15, 2025 .
5. Fees
Participation in this event is free of charge. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of each participating organization.
